All warranties begin on the day of purchase or day of delivery, whichever provides the longest warranty to the customer. Warranty does not cover failure(s) due to abuse, misuses, accident(s), or unauthorized alteration or repairs. Outside of the United States requires customs and duties and shipping in which are to be paid by the recipient of any purchases and/or warranties. If warranty claim is valid and no signs of above physical damage are visible, the purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. Warranty does not cover breakage due to improper installation or handling. Warranty does not cover any malfunction to vehicle or vehicles on board computer system and its components.
In the event of a warranty claim, email HID Kit Pros to obtain and RMA number. Within 24 business hours, you will receive a reply from a support team member with detailed instructions on how to ship your item(s) back. Please note that we do not accept any warranty returns without a valid RMA clearly marked on the shipment.
Warranty is valid for item(s) used for their intended purposes and any/all warranties are void if item(s) are used for uses other then those they are intended for. Please refer to the products listing page for specific warranty information, as it varies depending on the brand, configuration, etc. All warranties are non-transferrable and are only applicable to the original purchaser. HID Kit Pros warranties are honored only based on purchases directly from HID Kit Pros and no other vendors, dealers, etc.
